Monkfish dressed in a lemon & butter sauce topped with fresh clams, ripe cherry tomatoes & Atlantic peeled prawns, accompanied with seasonal vegetables, honey glazed parsnips and roast potatoes

Mediterranean Vegetable Tart VG
Crisp basil & maize pastry case filled with a base of roasted tomato sauce topped with grilled courgettes, red & yellow peppers, red onions & cherry tomatoes accompanied with stuffing, roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables topped with a vegetarian gravy.
